I've been a long time client of Tegan, we've gone through many concepts, ideas, sketches and what not, everything dearly rooted in the creative process; to my every question, there has been a kind answer, and to my every whim, validation and brainstorming like a few makers do. 

I am advocate for communication, and for the project's we've worked on together (... or that Tegan made for me!) there has been plenty! Feedback, suggestions and ideas thrown altogether... and it is true that with a little patience, great things can be achieved!
